➤ Note, Before you start watching, notice that this tutorial was made using Windows OS, so for Mac users simply alter Ctrl with CMD, and Alt with the Opt key.

-Steps:-


  • First, open your image.
  • Go and check your image size from "Image" > "Image Size" or press "Alt+Ctrl+I".
  • Now from "Window" > "Timeline".
  • Then go to "Layer" > "Video Layer" > "New Video Layer from File...".
  • You will find these Fog overlays in the links below.
  • From file "Fog1" > "Fog0000" and make sure "Image Sequence" is checked then click Open.
  • Adjust your layer position.
  • Click on this little icon to zoom in the timeline.
  • Check loop playback.
  • Run your video layer.
  • Select your layer and change blending mode to "Screen".
  • With your layer selected create the Adjustment Levels layer.
  • And create a clipping mask of it.
  • Adjust both Levels sliders to increase the white color density and increase the contrast.
  • Now set the slider at the beginning and select the top layer.
  • And go to import anther fog.
  • From "Layer" > "Video Layer" > "New Video Layer from File...".
  • From file "Fog4" > "Fog40000" and make sure "Image Sequence" is checked then click Open.
  • Now with your layer selected press "Ctrl+T" to transform it.
  • Adjust your layer size and position.
  • Now change blending mode to "Screen" to hide the black color.
  • With your layer selected create the Adjustment Levels layer.
  • And create a clipping mask of it.
  • Adjust both Levels sliders to increase the white color density and increase the contrast.
  • Now set the slider at the beginning and select the top layer.
  • And go to import anther fog.
  • From "Layer" > "Video Layer" > "New Video Layer from File...".
  • From file "Particles1" > "Dust10000" and make sure "Image Sequence" is checked then click Open.
  • Now with your layer selected press "Ctrl+T" to transform it.
  • And "Right Click" and choose "Flip Horizontal".
  • And adjust your layer size and position.
  • Now change blending mode to "Screen" to hide the black color.
  • With your layer selected create the Adjustment Levels layer.
  • And create a clipping mask of it.
  • Adjust both Levels sliders to increase the white color density and increase the contrast.
  • Now click "Run" to see the final result and wait until it renders.
  • Let's move to the final step Export it as a GIF.
  • From "File" > "Export" > "Save for Web (Legacy)..." or press "Alt+Ctrl+Shift+s".
  • Now change the file type to "GIF".
  • Change color reduction to "Adaptive".
  • And change Colors to "256".
  • And change "Duther" into "Diffusion".
  • And 100% "Duther".
  • And make sure the Animation loop operation is forever.
  • Now click on Save.
